Alicia Jackson

Director, Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H)

Alicia Jackson founded and led Evernow, an online menopause care company, before the Trump administration appointed her director of ARPA-H, a federal health research funding agency. She spoke in support of the 2025 removal of boxed warnings on menopause hormone therapy. In October 2026 ProPublica reported that she kept stock in Evernow while in office, and HHS said she had been placed on administrative leave.
